Bangkelian Resort & Casino is a licensed casino resort located at 88 Bangkelian Parade, Main Beach QLD 4217, Australia. We provide in-person accommodation, dining, entertainment, event hosting and gaming services under a licence issued by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR).

2. Eligibility — Age Restriction

This website contains content related to gambling. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, in accordance with Queensland law.

Access to the Bangkelian casino floor and all gaming areas is restricted to persons aged 18 and over with valid photographic identification. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

5. Reservations & Bookings

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are not confirmed bookings until you receive written confirmation from our reservations team. Rates displayed on this website are indicative and subject to availability. A credit card guarantee or deposit may be required to confirm reservations.

Cancellation policies vary by service type (accommodation, events, dining). Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Gaming Terms

All gaming at Bangkelian is conducted in person on licensed premises in accordance with Queensland gaming legislation. By entering the casino floor, you agree to:

• Comply with all venue rules, house policies and OLGR regulations
• Present valid photographic identification upon request
• Accept that all gaming decisions by dealers and pit staff are final
• Respect any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangements in place

Bangkelian does not offer credit gaming to individual patrons. All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Smart casual attire is required in restaurants and the casino floor after 6pm. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person whose conduct is disorderly, intoxicated or otherwise inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable resort environment.

11. Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording are prohibited on the casino floor and in gaming areas without prior written consent. Photography for personal use is permitted in public resort areas, restaurants and event spaces unless otherwise indicated.
