Play responsibly. Know the support available.
Bangkelian is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable in-person gaming environment. Gambling should be entertainment — not a way to make money or escape problems.

Our Commitment
Bangkelian Resort & Casino Pty Ltd (ABN 84 621 903 447) operates under a licence issued by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR). We are committed to minimising gambling-related harm through staff training, on-floor support, clear signage and partnerships with independent support services.
All casino floor and gaming lounge access is restricted to persons aged 18 and over with valid photographic identification, in accordance with Queensland law.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:
- Spend more money or time gambling than you can afford
- Chase losses or borrow money to gamble
- Neglect work, family or personal responsibilities
- Feel anxious, irritable or restless when not gambling
- Hide the extent of your gambling from others
If any of these apply to you or someone you know, free confidential help is available — see the resources below.

On-Site Support at Bangkelian
Trained responsible gambling officers are present on the casino floor during all operating hours. Visit the guest services desk for:
- Confidential conversation with a trained officer
- Information about self-exclusion programmes
- Session time reminders and voluntary break options
- Referral to external counselling services
Self-Exclusion
Voluntary self-exclusion allows you to ban yourself from entering the Bangkelian casino floor and gaming areas for a nominated period — typically six months, one year or indefinitely.
To self-exclude from Bangkelian:
- Visit the guest services desk on the casino floor in person
- Present valid photographic identification
- Complete a self-exclusion application with a responsible gambling officer
Bangkelian also honours self-exclusion registrations made through the Queensland OLGR multi-venue exclusion programme. Once registered, exclusion takes effect immediately. Attempting to enter gaming areas during an exclusion period is a breach of Queensland law and our venue conditions.
For OLGR multi-venue exclusion information, contact the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation or Gambling Help Queensland on 1800 858 858.
Player Protection Tools
Available on request at the guest services desk:
- Voluntary deposit and time limits for gaming sessions
- Activity statements showing gaming history
- Cooling-off periods (24-hour to 30-day breaks)
- Exclusion of direct marketing communications
Staff Training
All Bangkelian gaming staff complete accredited responsible service of gambling (RSG) training and annual refresher courses. Staff are empowered to intervene when they observe signs of distress or problematic behaviour.
